Our Return & Exchange Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Men’s Bottoms and Men’s Shorts unless they are defective or incorrect items shipped by us.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

    • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Exchange Process

For exchanges (size/color only):

  3. We’ll ship your replacement once we receive your return

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S.:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Damaged or Incorrect Items
